In corporate societal engagement, strategic clarity and focused results are not accidental - they are achieved through inquiry, intentionality, and investment. We often find executives aspiring for change but lacking the necessary tools and approaches to spearhead that shift. The destination is clear - transforming their portfolio from legacy giving to a results-focused, business-aligned societal engagement - but the path to get there less so.

We invite you to join this webinar on the principles of Simplifying Strategy, a new toolkit FSG developed in partnership with CECP.  The toolkit’s developer, FSG Managing Director Greg Hills, will share an overview and examples of the three strategy tools: the Intent Matrix, the Issue Monitor, and the Impact Models. You may download the Simplifying Strategy toolkit (free of charge).

Greg Hills, Managing Director of FSG has over 20 years of experience advising corporations, foundations, governments, and nonprofit organizations on strategy, program design, evaluation, and operational improvement.
