I’m tired. Actually, I’m EXHAUSTED. I mean, 2017, right? Wherever you stand on whatever issues, for this or against that, him or her, us or them, it just seemed like 2017 had a constant din of “Look at me! Look at me! I’m right!” There were many important issues, yes. (And many unimportant ones, too). But there has been no let up – and thus, my state of exhaustion.
Well, I’m going to spare you now from yet another “look of at me” cry and get right to the point. If you are like me, you just don’t have the brainpower left to wade through the nuances of right and wrong and somewhere in between on yet another issue. This one is hopefully easy.
Associated Grant Makers. What have we meant to you in 2017?
AGM is a small nonprofit organization. I’m asking you to consider supporting Associated Grant Makers’ annual fund campaign. Membership support at AGM covers only 60% of our annual operating budget, so we rely on many acts of charity to make up the difference. Consider a gift of $25, $250 or $2,500. Any amount you are able to contribute is meaningful.
This paragraph expounding on our virtues and value was removed to spare you the barrage of yet another person making a case to you.* You know. GO WITH YOUR GUT.
Thank you for thinking about AGM.
Jeff Poulos, Chief Executive Officer
