Associated Grant Makers Common Proposal Form accepted
Additional application guidelines:
The trustees will not consider a proposal from an organization previously funded until a full report of the expenditures of the previous grant has been submitted.
Applicants should submit the following:
- copy of current year's organizational budget and/or project budget
- contact person
- listing of board of directors, trustees, officers and other key people and their affiliations
- copy of IRS Determination Letter
- timetable for implementation and evaluation of project
- detailed description of project and amount of funding requested
Board meeting dates:
Monthly except in July and Aug.
